The purchase process will be conducted confidentially and will be custom tailored to the needs of your business. I will personally oversee the transaction and do everything in my power to ensure a successful acquisition and smooth transition for the company and its employees. The general steps involved are as follows:

  1. Initial call to learn more about you and your business
  2. Review of high-level financials
  3. Followup for additional data and questions
  4. Letter of intent presented and signed by both parties
  5. Due diligence period to confirm critical facts and financial information
  6. Closing process involving terms agreement, signing of paperwork, transition plan and transfer of funds.
